Device Description

The two-component low-pressure foaming machine is a mixture of A-material polyol and B-material isocyanate. The two raw materials are stored in two storage tanks respectively, and are sent to the mixing gun head through two high-precision gear metering pumps. A uniform mixing effect is injected into the mold to produce the desired product. The machine has the characteristics of high repeated injection precision, uniform mixing, stable performance, easy operation and high production efficiency.

Product Features

Machine head:
The high-performance mixing device ensures accurate synchronization of raw material discharge and uniform mixing; the new sealing structure and reserved cold water circulation interface ensure long-term continuous production without clogging.
Touchscreen:
PLC and touch screen human-machine interface are used to control equipment pouring, automatic cleaning and air flushing. It has stable performance and strong operability. It will automatically identify, diagnose and alarm when abnormality occurs, and display abnormal factors.
Metering pump, variable frequency motor:
High-precision metering pump, with precise proportioning and measurement accuracy error not exceeding ±0.5%; the frequency conversion motor cooperates with the frequency conversion to adjust the raw material flow and pressure, with high precision, and the proportion adjustment is simple and fast.
Material tank:
It adopxs a three-layer storage tank, stainless steel liner, sandwich heating, and outer insulation layer. The temperature is adjustable, safe and energy-saving.
